What are Henderson County Public Records?

  • Unless another statute expressly enables or requires access to a person's records holding a state or municipal public office.
  • Credit and debit card numbers, draft account numbers, checking account numbers, and other financially identifying information about an individual or customer of a financial institution.

The SBI collects information as part of the FBI's Uniform Crime Reporting Program, a countrywide operation. How Do I Visit an Inmate in the Henderson County Jail

The National Crime Information Center (NCIC) organizes inmate visits for family and friends at the Henderson County Detention Center. Family and friends that would like to visit would need to create an account on the NCIC website before visitation privileges can be allowed. Intending visitors will need to upload a face photo and a valid ID card during the account creation process.

Online visitation costs $0.30 per minute, while it is free to visit onsite. Each inmate is allowed a maximum of one 15 minutes onsite visit per week. And all onsite visits must be scheduled at least 24 hours before the time.

Underaged children do not need to be on the inmate's approved visitor list, but an authorized adult must accompany the child. The video visitation method is used to conduct the visits.
