Certified copies of birth and death records are available from 1913 till date, however, they are only available to an authorized group of people;
- The registrant or subject of the record
- Registrant’s spouse
- Registrant’s siblings
- Registrant’s stepparent and stepchild

The Pender County Health Director is the official Registrar for births and deaths within the county.
